Meet the team
Michelle – Director
With over 20 years of experience as a PA/VA, Michelle is also qualified as a Graphic Designer and has a keen eye for detail. She enjoys anything vintage, needs no excuse to get dressed up, and has a passion for Flamingos.
Katie - Social Media
Katie has a background in Marketing, Partnerships, and Events and has a real passion for creating amazing experiences. Katie is our go to for social media ideas! When not working, Katie loves to spend time exploring new places and seeing the world.
Suzie - Transcription
With a degree in English and over twenty years experience as a PA, she has worked with many different businesses and personalities. Away from work she loves reading and singing with her local choir, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Caroline - General Admin
Caroline has experience in live notetaking, proofreading, quality control, and training new transcribers. Outside of work she enjoys football and traveling and spent many years combining the two. Any spare time she has is mainly spent watching her two sons play football.
Becky - Marketing
Becky has a degree in Business and Tourism, and she has also studied with the Charted Institute of Marketing. With two teenage daughters, she is used to multitasking and enjoys a new challenge. She also loves to bake, enjoys watching the Great British Bake Off – and attempting to create some of the creations with her daughters.
Debra - Bookkeeping
Debra has her AAT accountancy qualifications, with over 15 years experience in accountancy and bookkeeping. When not working hard balancing people’s books, she loves to listen to music, especially Jazz. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys a good adventure.
