We thought it was about time we answered some of those most frequently asked questions we get asked. So we thought we would put them into a blog post for you all to read.
# What is a Virtual Assistant/VA?
This can be the most frequently asked question we get asked. A Virtual Assistant/VA support businesses much like a traditional PA or Administrator would. Only they work remotely and mainly from home. VA’s can also provide other services that a traditional PA or administrator might not provide. Such as Social Media Marketing, Website Management, SEO and email marketing.
# Remotely, how does that work?
Emails are an essential tool for a VA and of course the phone, Skype and WhatsApp are great ways to keep in contact. We also use clouds such as Dropbox and Google Drive to share and save documents.
# What types of services do you provide?
A VA provides general admin support much like a traditional PA or administrator. They can also provide other services such as social media marketing, website management and events management. Just think of those jobs you hate doing or never have time for, those are the jobs a VA loves doing.
# How much do you charge?
Our packages start at £115 a month and are unique to your business needs
# What if we’re only looking for occasional support?
We can provide you with as little or as much support as you need. Be it a one-off job, ad-hoc support, or regular monthly support. You tell us what you need and we’ll adapt to your requirements.
# Is it going to be expensive?
No, it doesn’t have to be. Tell us your budget and we will produce a package that suits both your business needs and your pocket.
# I just don’t think I need that much support.
Our VA’s can work for as little as 4 hours a month, that only works out as an hour a week and it’s amazing what can be done in an hour a week. This could be the difference from your working late 2-3 times a week or finishing on time every day.
Now if there was a burning question that we didn’t answer please do email us at email@example.com and not only will we email you the answer back we’ll add it to this blog, so we can keep providing others with as much information about using a VA as we can.
