Monthly Retainer - First Rate PA

You can get the extra support your business needs, by choosing one of our packages to suit your budget.

Our monthly retainer packages start from £165 and include:

Bronze Package - First Rate PA
  • £165 a month
  • 6hrs a month
  • Equivalent of approx. 1.5hrs a week
  • Additional hourly rate @ £25 per hour
  • Can be used for one of the following: Social media support, diary management or appointments, 2 blogs a month, online presentation, workshop support or research

  • £315 a month
  • 12hrs a month
  • Equivalent of approx. 3hrs a week
  • Additional hourly rate @ £22.50 an hour
  • Can be used for a mix of services to suit your business needs

Pay as you go - First Rate PA

ad-hoc pricing

If you have a one off project, or just need a few hours of support to get on top of some tasks, you can take advantage of our ad-hoc pricing.

At just £30 per hour, we can provide a dedicated VA to support your needs.

Or you can try our ad-hoc 3hrs support package @£80, to help with that project.

We can also offer a bespoke ad-hoc project price that is unique to your specific needs and exclusive to your business.

Audio Transcription, Call Answering and Live Web Chat Pricing.

  • We charge £1.50 per audio minute, turning your audio notes into a formatted and well presented document within 72hrs.
  • Our Call Answering service is charged at a monthly rate of £25 a month and a charge of £1.05 per minute with free Whatsapp or email notifications.
  • Our Live Web Chat service is charged at a monthly rate of £30 a month and a charge of £1.05 per minute with free Whatsapp or email notifications.

Disclaimer - First Rate PA

disclaimers

  • Minimum hours required for our packages are:
    • 4hrs for monthly retainers
    • 2hrs for ad-hoc projects
  • Payment is required in advance for monthly retainers.
  • Monthly retainer packages are billed on the first of each month – DD options are available.
  • Your VA time will be charged and rounded up to the nearest 15mins.
  • A complete breakdown of your VA’s time will be emailed to you at the end of each month.
  • Your package includes a 30mins free call with your VA each month.
  • Any additional hours on a monthly retainer package will be billed separately, at the additional hourly rate price for your package (as agreed in your contract).
  • We provide back up for sick times/days or holidays when your dedicated VA is unavailable.
  • Unused hours will be carried over for a maximum of 3 months; these will be limited to an amount dependant on your monthly retainer package. (This will be defined in your contract).
  • We recommend a minimum of 3-months for you to be able to review your progress with your chosen monthly package.
  • For Ad-Hoc projects – Extra cost may occur for urgent one off jobs, depending on the turnaround required.
  • Digital audio transcription may incur extra charges for urgent projects that are needed sooner than 3 working days.
  • Digital audio transcription is a separately priced project and can not be included in either a monthly retainer or ad-hoc packages.
  • Call answering and live web chat services:
    • Both services are operational between the hours of 9am to 6pm.
    • Both services are charged per second up to the nearest minute.
    • Both services Monthly charge is to be paid in advance at the first of each month via direct debit.
    • Both service’s monthly charge can be included in a monthly retainer package, while the minute charges will be charged at the end of each month.
