How we have adapted our event management service
2020 brought a lot of changes to the way we all do business. As a team of Virtual Assistants, we are used to working remotely and in the virtual world. But as other businesses learnt to adapt to the virtual way of working, we have had to adapt and change some of the services we offer.
At First Rate PA, we offer an Event Management service where we would traditionally support businesses through market research, marketing, live event support and post event customer service.
With events moving to the virtual world, we have adapted our Events Management service to include virtual event support.
Moving to a virtual event
As part of our Event Management service we provide support in setting up, marketing and managing an event. By researching a location for the event, the equipment and supplies required. We can also help with market research, creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
With the move to the Virtual world, we may have moved the event location to Zoom, but we can continue to offer the same support providing a virtual and Covid friendly event.

The future of event management
Not only is there the option of the live or virtual event, there is the development of Hybrid events. With the changes Covid has brought to live events, there will be restrictions on the numbers of people who are able to attend. So by providing the option of attending in person or virtually, you will be enabling more people to attend.
Combining the elements of a Live and Virtual Event into the new Hybrid, by having some extra support in the background, you can host your live event, knowing that your virtual delegates will be looked after.
